Math project help?!?!?

is there a website that shows the questions and answers on a varity of 6th grade subjects (e.x. order of opereations, exponents, pre algrbra, decimals, factions ect.) i have to put them on very small index cards, and all i can find is word porblems, but i need equations. help?!?!
