Where does this happen in Sweeney Todd...?

Todd is giving a man a shave, but doesn't kill him because he sees the man has a child waiting for him. Can you tell me where that is in the book Sweeney Todd The Demon Barber of Fleet Street by Hugh Wheeler? Or at least what act it's in? I need the quote for a report, and don't have time to read the whole play again.
