What happend to the good stables in wrestling?

4 Horsemen, The Hart foundation of the late 90's, n.W.o, DX all were ahead of their time when they came on the seen. Over the years we have seen some great factions in wrestling, and some not so great (The Cabinet, Nexus, The Core) What is the deal with crappy factions in wrestling now?
