I need to name a faction?

In my story, rebels are fighting a far more powerful enemy. Most of the enemy troops are brutal, ruthlessly efficient, disciplined and have a deep-seated hatred for the rebels. One sub-faction, however, is made of sadists, sociopaths, mental patients (stable enough to be given guns) dissidents and the criminally insane. Can you help me name them?
